„Sweetly Ultra“ liquid sweetener 270 ml.

Required ingredients:

4 cups plain flour

1 egg

100g yogurt

150 ml of olive oil

50g butter

2 tbsp rum

2–3 tbsp liquid sweetener „Sweetly Ultra”

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp dried ginger

pinch of salt

10g baking powder

Method of preparation

Melt the butter and leave it to cool slightly. Put the butter into a bowl and add the olive oil, egg, yoghurt, sweetener, rum, cinnamon, ginger and salt.

Whisk lightly with a whisk or fork, and add the flour sifted with the baking powder. Knead a soft buttery dough. Roll out an 8 mm thick crust and cut out the biscuits from it using a glass or cookie cutters.

Arrange them in a baking tray without touching each other and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-12 minutes.
